Bill Payment

Wayne Water District offers a variety of payment methods because payment on each account is vital to continued water service. Past due accounts are subject to disconnection at anytime without notice. Past due accounts that have been disconnected must be paid in full, including a $50.00 service fee and any difference between the initial deposit and current deposit fee, prior to restoration of service.

Good to Know
Regardless of method, payments received after 5:00 pm are credited the next business day.

Phone Payments

We are now accepting payments by phone at (866) 697-3612. To access the system, you must have your account number located on your most recent bill and the last 4 digits of the phone number we have on file for your account. You may need to contact our office if your phone number hasn't been updated recently. If your account has been disconnected for nonpayment or is scheduled to be disconnected, you must pay in our office to have your service restored.

Customers may complete a bank draft request at WWD's office. The customer must complete the form, provide photo ID and a voided check at WWD's office located at 3600 Commercial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. Approximately sixty (60) days should be allowed for the draft to become effective. This payment method will be posted to accounts on the due date of the bills.

Payment by Mail
Payments can be sent to PO Box 1580 Goldsboro NC 27533-1580. Please allow seven (7) business days for mailing and posting to your account.

Office
Payments can be made with cash, check or credit card in person at our office located at 3600 Commercial Drive, Goldsboro, NC, Monday - Friday between 8:30 AM and 5 PM. This is not a mailing address and we are not responsible for misdirected mail. Our office has an After Hours Dropbox located in the drive thru area.
