OFFICE OPERATIONS

Please be advised, Wayne Water Districts are following the latest guidance from the Governor and the CDC as we work to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Following this guidance, a face mask is required.

Our lobby is limited to no more than five (5) people at one time.

Any business in our office is limited to one (1) person per account unless special assistance is required. 

Visits inside the office will be restricted to new service, disconnection of service, setting up payment plans or bank draft, leak adjustments, new taps or any scheduled appointment for a service not listed above. In most cases and for a limited time, we are suspending the requirement that these transactions be handled in person, so please call before coming.

Please do not come into the lobby to make payments. All payments should be made using our drive thru service or with one of the following options:

            -Pay by phone (24/7) at 1-866-697-3612

            -Online Payment (24/7) at www.waynewaterdistricts.com/bill-payment

            -Automatic Bank Draft (call our office for details & setup)

            -Drop Box located at our drive-thru (24/7)

There are no additional fees for using any of our payment options.

Office Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, M-F.
