WAYNE WATER DISTRICTS – POLICY REMINDER NOTICE

At Wayne Water Districts, our goal is to ensure consistent, fair service for all customers. As a reminder, our policy states that accounts not paid in full by the due date are assessed a $5 late fee. Accounts not paid in full by the cut-off date are subject to lock-out and a $50 lock-out fee.

To help maintain fairness and dependable service, we are reinforcing our commitment to the applying of these fees as outlined in our policy. This effort reflects our continued dedication to delivering reliable service and managing resources responsibly.

We encourage all customers to review their bills carefully and make payments by the due date to avoid additional fees. If you use automatic payments, please confirm that your payment method is current and that your payment has processed as expected, especially if you have recently updated or replaced a card.
